Wait block is broken in some languages

Select language and navigate to “Controll” menu. Very first block “Wait untill X seconds” will be emty.
This bug affects some languages such as [Polski, Romanian, Russian, Ukranian, Turkie] and other (I didn’t check all the list).
It works as empty block. -
